Your main tasks:

  • Review, record, and check incoming orders/order changes for completeness
  • Check customer orders for contractual and temporal feasibility based on available data
  • Monitor framework agreements and delivery schedules
  • Create and send order confirmations
  • Enter (offer) prices in the system and make them available, manage price scales/price history
  • Create and send invoices, make invoice corrections if necessary
  • Receive and answer customer inquiries (by phone, in writing) (prices, delivery times, etc.), forward to other departments for clarification if necessary
  • Interface function between internal sales, field sales, technical order preparation, logistics, shipping, quality, and customer

What you should bring with you:

  • At least 3 years of commercial vocational training or knowledge acquired in other ways
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP and English skills desirable
  • Several years of specialized professional experience is an advantage
  • Customer- and quality-oriented approach to work, strong communication skills
