Your main tasks:

In this role, you will be integrated into a young and dynamic team within the logistics department and will report to the Head of Logistics.
Your main responsibility is to optimize the flow of goods, inventory, and delivery quantities. Through your proactive management and scheduling of production orders, you ensure that all orders can be processed as quickly as possible, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Your analytical and holistic view of production processes and your logical thinking ensure that you recognize bottlenecks in good time and actively counteract them - because meeting our delivery deadlines is just as important to you as it is to us!
As you have an affinity for numbers, find various evaluations from ERP systems exciting and know how best to interpret them, you also support the department manager in capacity and production requirements planning.
You will also impress us with your communicative and eloquent personality, which is ideally suited to the interface function between production, sales and quality assurance. You will take part in daily coordination meetings and ensure a smooth flow of information between all parties involved.

What you should bring with you:

Completed technical training, preferably from a technical college (HTL/FS), ideally with a focus on logistics and industrial engineering
Professional experience in the field of logistics or planning and control of production processes is desirable, but not essential
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage (e.g. Infor, SAP)
We expect independence, personal responsibility, the ability to work in a team, analytical thinking, an affinity for numbers and communication skills
Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
Very good knowledge of German, English advantageous

The collective bargaining agreement for the electrical and electronics industry applies; the gross monthly salary on a full-time basis (38.5 hours per week) ranges from €3,449.08 to €3,716.96, depending on qualifications and experience.
In addition, you can expect automatic pay raises after 2, 4, 7, and 10 years.
