Your main tasks:

As part of our 9-person internal sales team, you will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals and tracking orders in close coordination with our key account managers.
You have experience with ERP systems and will serve as a key user for our current Infor system—and, in the future, SAP. In this role, you will be responsible for technical programming and optimization, SQL queries, and various sales-supporting data analyses.
You are familiar with complex production and logistics processes, which allow you to plan customer orders as efficiently as possible in coordination with all relevant departments (including Logistics, Production, and Purchasing), support our on-time delivery rate, and make optimal use of capacity.
You will serve as a knowledgeable and service-oriented point of contact for our international customers, assisting them both by phone and in writing with all necessary technical and business inquiries.

What you should bring with you:

A completed business or technical education (e.g., HTL in Industrial Engineering, HAK with a focus on IT, Industrial Business Administrator), an interest in a complex technical product, and at least 5 years of professional experience are required.
Strong IT skills, experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA, VLOOKUP) and experience with SQL queries.
You work in an organized manner, have strong analytical skills, and maintain a clear overview even during stressful periods.
When interacting with our customers, colleagues, and other departments, a high level of social competence and excellent communication skills are particularly important.
Written and spoken English rounds off your profile.
