Your main tasks:

Our operating technology department ensures that the technical infrastructure at KSG Austria runs smoothly and is state of the art. As support for the high-tech production systems, it ensures that all machines are ready for use at all times.
For this team, we are looking for an employee for technical administration and project management who will work closely with the team leader and stand in for him/her when he/she is absent. As a staff position, you will report directly to the management and act as an interface to other specialist departments (production/unit management, logistics, purchasing, QM)
Technical and logical thinking and project management skills are the basis for
o Participation in the preparation of budget and annual planning for energy and maintenance costs
o Definition, control and reporting of operational key figures
o Communication with authorities and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
o Coordination of external technical service providers
o Energy-saving measures and energy procurement strategies
o Maintenance management (scheduling in compliance with legal regulations)
o Technical purchasing and warehouse management
o System support for SAP key users
For future technical challenges in the areas of automation, digitalization, sustainability, environmental protection and lean management, you will develop innovative solutions and preventive maintenance and troubleshooting strategies in coordination with the specialist departments and the operational technology team.

What you should bring with you:

Completed training in electrical engineering, automation technology or mechatronics and at least 5 years of professional experience are required
Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP and Infor
Knowledge of relevant legal requirements (in particular ASchG, AStV, GeWO)
Ideally experience with TPM and KPI reporting (system availability, energy use, mean time between failure, etc.)
A high level of social competence and excellent communication skills are particularly important when dealing with colleagues in operational technology, other specialist departments and the management team)
Written and spoken English rounds off your profile.
