Dans le spectre \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique, la gamme des hautes fr\u00e9quences s'\u00e9tend jusqu'\u00e0 environ 300 GHz. Toute irritation sur le circuit imprim\u00e9 entra\u00eene une r\u00e9flexion ou une modification du signal \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence, c'est pourquoi un contour rectiligne du guidage des conducteurs est particuli\u00e8rement important ici. Pour illustrer mon propos, j'utilise volontiers l'image d'un rocher dans la temp\u00eate, que nous percevons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement comme positive. Mais pour les applications \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence, nous ne voulons pas d'un tel rocher dans la piste conductrice.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-primary );\">sur lequel les vagues se brisent. Cela signifie qu'il faut \u00e9viter les irritations, les entailles ou les empreintes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Comme les signaux \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence sont press\u00e9s contre la peau selon l'effet de peau, les quatre c\u00f4t\u00e9s d'un conducteur doivent \u00eatre aussi lisses que possible. Le c\u00f4t\u00e9 critique est la face inf\u00e9rieure de la feuille de cuivre, qui est pr\u00e9trait\u00e9e artificiellement par oxydation. Il existe ici diff\u00e9rentes rugosit\u00e9s qui doivent \u00eatre aussi faibles que possible pour les applications \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence. Les param\u00e8tres de per\u00e7age et de fraisage doivent absolument \u00eatre optimis\u00e9s en fonction du mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9. Pour le per\u00e7age, il s'agit entre autres du type d'outil, de la vitesse de coupe, de l'avance et de la course de retour. Souvent, pour des raisons de co\u00fbts, on utilise des structures mixtes dont les caract\u00e9ristiques doivent en tout cas \u00eatre prises en compte pour trouver les param\u00e8tres et les outils ad\u00e9quats.
