href=\"https:\/\/www.ksg-pcb.com\/fr\/loetoberflaechen-leiterplatten\/\">Surface \u00e0 souder<\/a> \"HAL sans plomb\" (hot air leveling lead-free), \u00e9tamage \u00e0 l'air chaud ou HASL (Hot Air Solder Leveling), une couche d'\u00e9tain liquide est appliqu\u00e9e sur les surfaces de cuivre expos\u00e9es. Les circuits imprim\u00e9s sont d'abord humidifi\u00e9s avec du flux, puis plong\u00e9s dans un bain de soudure vertical. Lorsque les circuits imprim\u00e9s sont retir\u00e9s du bain de soudure, l'exc\u00e8s de soudure est \u00e9limin\u00e9 par soufflage d'air chaud. Pour \"HAL sans plomb\", KSG utilise une soudure en barre compos\u00e9e d'un alliage contenant 99,7 % d'\u00e9tain et 0,3 % d'argent, avec un point de fusion compris entre 217 et 227\u00b0C. La temp\u00e9rature d'\u00e9tamage est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 270 \u00b0C selon UL. Du point de vue du brasage, l'\u00e9tamage \u00e0 l'air chaud offre la meilleure brasabilit\u00e9 parmi toutes les surfaces. L'\u00e9tain et le cuivre des surfaces de connexion forment une zone de liaison interm\u00e9tallique (IMC). La raison en est la formation physique d'un m\u00e9nisque de soudure (voir photo) due \u00e0 l'\u00e9limination par soufflage de l'exc\u00e8s de soudure. C'est pourquoi cette surface ne convient pas pour les composants SMT \u00e0 pas fin.<\/p><p>Le mouillage des pastilles de soudure est \u00e9valu\u00e9 selon la norme J-STD-003. L'\u00e9paisseur de la couche d'\u00e9tain est d\u00e9finie de \"recouverte\" avec environ 1 \u00b5m \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e du trou pour les connexions THT \u00e0 \u2264 40 \u00b5m au centre de la pastille. Les \u00e9paisseurs de couche peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re destructive par meulage. Lors du processus \"HAL sans plomb\", le mat\u00e9riau de base du circuit imprim\u00e9 est fortement sollicit\u00e9 thermiquement en raison de la grande course thermique relative (de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante \u00e0 270 \u00b0C) de la soudure sans plomb. L'\u00e9tamage \u00e0 l'air chaud convient \u00e0 la technique de pressage. La surface n'est pas adapt\u00e9e aux processus de bonding. Par rapport au\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-primary ); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt;\">insensible ENIG et l'\u00e9tain chimique sensible, HAL sans plomb se situe au milieu. Cela signifie concr\u00e8tement que la surface est assez peu sensible aux processus thermiques qui suivent l'application de la surface de brasage, par exemple le durcissement des vernis ou les processus de s\u00e9chage du circuit imprim\u00e9 avant le montage des composants.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-primary );\">En comparaison directe des co\u00fbts de processus, l'\u00e9tamage \u00e0 l'air chaud sans plomb est moins cher que les surfaces bras\u00e9es <\/span><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ksg-pcb.com\/fr\/surfaces-de-soudure-nickel-chimique-or\/\">nickel chimique\/or<\/a><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-primary );\"> et l'\u00e9tain chimique.
