data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pour les <strong>Surface \u00e0 souder <\/strong>chimiquement \u00e9tain (Sn chimique) ou ISn (Immersion Tin), une fine couche d'\u00e9tain de 0,8 \u00e0 1,4 \u00b5m est d\u00e9pos\u00e9e sur les surfaces en cuivre dans un processus chimique humide. Il s'agit, selon IPC-4554, de \u2265 0,6 \u00b5m d'\u00e9tain pur (usable Tin).  La couche d'\u00e9tain forme une surface de brasage plane et offre ainsi les conditions d'une tr\u00e8s bonne brasabilit\u00e9 des composants Finepitch. Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9p\u00f4t, une zone de liaison interm\u00e9tallique (IMC) se forme. En cas d'utilisation appropri\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ksg-pcb.com\/fr\/stocker-correctement-les-circuits-imprimes-conseils-essentiels\/\">Stockage<\/a> le fabricant de circuits imprim\u00e9s offre une garantie de brasabilit\u00e9 de 9 mois. Le mouillage des pastilles de soudure est \u00e9valu\u00e9 selon la norme J-STD-003. Un manque d'humidification pendant le processus de soudage peut \u00eatre facilement d\u00e9tect\u00e9 visuellement et par radiographie.<\/p><figure id=\"attachment_4945\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4945\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ksg-pcb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/chem.Sn-Pad-Uebersichtsbild-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Surface de soudure chimique \u00e9tain\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4945\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Logement d'une pastille de connexion avec surface en \u00e9tain chimique<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>L'\u00e9tain chimique est conforme \u00e0 la directive RoHS et convient \u00e0 la technique de pressage et \u00e0 la technique sp\u00e9ciale de micro-pressage. En revanche, cette surface n'est pas adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 tous les processus de liaison par fil. Comme surface de soudure, l'\u00e9tain chimique peut \u00eatre combin\u00e9 avec une surface nickel\/or galvanique pour les contacts des connecteurs. Etain chimique et OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative, en fran\u00e7ais : protection organique de surface)<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-primary );\">\u00a0sont les seules surfaces de brasage qui peuvent \u00eatre refra\u00eechies \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle industrielle en cas de superposition ou de mauvaise brasabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>L'ajout d'argent emp\u00eache la formation de whiskers<\/strong><\/h4><p>Un d\u00e9faut possible de l'\u00e9tain pur est la formation de trichites. Les trichites sont des monocristaux tr\u00e8s fins, d'un diam\u00e8tre d'environ 0,3 \u00e0 10 \u00b5m et d'une longueur pouvant atteindre plusieurs millim\u00e8tres, qui se forment \u00e0 la surface de l'\u00e9tain et peuvent provoquer des courts-circuits. La formation de whiskers sur l'\u00e9tain peut \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re fiable par l'ajout d'argent. Des m\u00e9taux dits organiques sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9s comme alternative \u00e0 l'argent. L'immersion dans l'\u00e9tain est \u00e9galement d\u00e9crite comme un processus auto-limitant, car le processus de d\u00e9p\u00f4t des ions d'\u00e9tain n'est actif que tant que la surface de cuivre est libre. L'avantage de ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est qu'il dure peu de temps, \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d'environ 70 \u00b0C, et qu'il ne sollicite que tr\u00e8s peu le mat\u00e9riau de base et le vernis \u00e9pargne du circuit imprim\u00e9.<\/p><p>La diffusion de l'\u00e9tain dans le cuivre peut \u00eatre acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e sous l'effet de la temp\u00e9rature. C'est pourquoi la surface en \u00e9tain chimique est sensible aux processus thermiques, par exemple au durcissement des vernis appliqu\u00e9s apr\u00e8s la surface \u00e0 souder ou aux processus de s\u00e9chage lors du traitement des circuits imprim\u00e9s flex-rigides. C'est pourquoi il existe des recommandations de s\u00e9chage sp\u00e9cifiques et une soudabilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e. Les \u00e9paisseurs de couche de l'\u00e9tain sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re non destructive \u00e0 l'aide d'une analyse par fluorescence des rayons X. Le facteur de densit\u00e9 suppos\u00e9 pour la mesure de la fluorescence X est de 7,3 g\/cm\u00b3. En revanche, une mesure de l'\u00e9paisseur de couche d'\u00e9tain pur n'est possible qu'avec une mesure coulom\u00e9trique destructive. En comparaison directe des co\u00fbts de processus, l'\u00e9tain chimique est significativement plus avantageux que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ksg-pcb.com\/fr\/surfaces-de-soudure-nickel-chimique-or\/\">nickel chimique\/or<\/a>.
