Dans un processus chimique humide, une fine couche de nickel (dop\u00e9e au phosphore) de 3 \u00e0 6 \u00b5m est d'abord d\u00e9pos\u00e9e sur les surfaces en cuivre des raccords des composants. La couche de nickel forme une barri\u00e8re pour la couche d'or de 0,05 \u00e0 0,12 \u00b5m d'\u00e9paisseur, qui est ensuite \u00e9galement appliqu\u00e9e chimiquement. Lors du processus de brasage, la couche de nickel\/or se mouille rapidement et uniform\u00e9ment avec la brasure. Entre l'\u00e9tain de l'alliage de brasage et le nickel de la surface de brasage, il se forme une succession de phases interm\u00e9talliques nickel\/\u00e9tain de composition diff\u00e9rente. L'or est enti\u00e8rement dissous lors du processus de brasage. Lorsqu'il est utilis\u00e9 correctement <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ksg-pcb.com\/fr\/stocker-correctement-les-circuits-imprimes-conseils-essentiels\/\">Stockage<\/a> le fabricant de circuits imprim\u00e9s offre une garantie de 12 mois sur la brasabilit\u00e9. Le mouillage des pastilles de soudure est \u00e9valu\u00e9 selon la norme J-STD-003. L'alliage nickel\/\u00e9tain qui en r\u00e9sulte est plus fragile qu'un assemblage cuivre\/\u00e9tain. Cette surface de brasage n'est donc pas recommand\u00e9e pour les modules \u00e9lectroniques soumis \u00e0 de fortes flexions ou vibrations. Le NiAu chimique est conforme \u00e0 la directive RoHS et d\u00e9crit dans la norme IPC-4552. Les \u00e9paisseurs de couche sont mesur\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re non destructive \u00e0 l'aide d'un contr\u00f4le par fluorescence X ou lors d'un contr\u00f4le destructif avec une analyse de polissage. Toutefois, seule la couche de nickel est visible sur l'image de coupe. La couche d'or est trop fine pour \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9e et mesur\u00e9e sur l'image de coupe.<\/p><p>La surface nickel\/or est \u00e9galement adapt\u00e9e aux contacts de commutation et au bonding par fil. L'ENIG est pr\u00e9destin\u00e9 au bonding de fils d'aluminium selon la norme MIL-STD 883. Pour le bonding de fils d'or, la couche d'or est \u00e0 notre avis trop fine. Toutefois, nous avons des clients qui ont valid\u00e9 le processus de bonding pour eux-m\u00eames et pour les applications desquels le fond de fil d'or fonctionne. Pour la technique de pressage, le NiAu chimique ne convient que partiellement, car le nickel est fragile et dur. Toutefois, nos clients ont \u00e9galement valid\u00e9 le processus pour eux-m\u00eames.<\/p><p>Il est possible de combiner le nickel\/or d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par \u00e9lectrolyse sur les contacts des connecteurs sur le bord du circuit imprim\u00e9. La surface en or d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par \u00e9lectrolyse pour les connecteurs de circuits imprim\u00e9s (or dur ou or pour connecteurs) est nettement plus \u00e9paisse et plus robuste que l'ENIG.<\/p><h4><strong>La surface de brasage la plus utilis\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h4><p>Le NiAu chimique est la surface de soudure la plus utilis\u00e9e en Europe. On estime que 50 % de tous les circuits imprim\u00e9s fabriqu\u00e9s en Europe ont cette finition ; la tendance est \u00e0 la hausse (source : ZVEI). Chez KSG aussi, ENIG est de loin la finition de circuits imprim\u00e9s la plus utilis\u00e9e par les clients.
