Les co\u00fbts des outils de per\u00e7age et de fraisage jouent un r\u00f4le non n\u00e9gligeable. En collaboration avec KSG, un consortium de projet saxon a cherch\u00e9, dans le cadre du projet ENAL financ\u00e9 par la S\u00e4chsische Aufbaubank (SAB), des moyens d'augmenter l'efficacit\u00e9 par une augmentation significative de la dur\u00e9e de vie des forets gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un nano-rev\u00eatement innovant de la surface des outils.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet de deux ans, qui s'est achev\u00e9 en juillet 2021, poursuivait les principaux objectifs suivants :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Augmentation significative de la dur\u00e9e de vie des outils &gt; 200 % tout en garantissant la qualit\u00e9 requise du processus et du produit<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9lection et test d'une technologie de nano-rev\u00eatement appropri\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Optimisation des param\u00e8tres de processus de la technologie de rev\u00eatement<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement d'un concept de machine et d'installation pour un nano-rev\u00eatement en s\u00e9rie rentable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Au terme de nombreuses s\u00e9ries d'essais, le consortium du projet a pu d\u00e9velopper une technologie de rev\u00eatement pour des assemblages mixtes de circuits imprim\u00e9s tr\u00e8s complexes qui, par rapport aux outils de per\u00e7age non rev\u00eatus, permet d'augmenter la dur\u00e9e de vie jusqu'\u00e0 400% sans modifier les param\u00e8tres du processus (vitesse de rotation, avance, course de retour, mise en paquets). Les analyses de qualit\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es en parall\u00e8le \u00e0 l'aide de l'\u00e9valuation des microcoupures et de la microscopie \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 balayage (MEB) ont montr\u00e9 qu'il \u00e9tait possible de garantir \u00e0 la fois une grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du processus en assurant la qualit\u00e9 du produit et une adh\u00e9rence fiable du nano-rev\u00eatement sur la surface de l'outil. Le concept d'installation d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre du projet pour un rev\u00eatement d'outillage enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9 constitue la condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 un transfert des r\u00e9sultats du projet vers une fabrication en s\u00e9rie rentable.<\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires du projet se sont mis d'accord pour poursuivre leur collaboration bilat\u00e9rale.
