Ce projet porte sur la <strong>la planification, l'\u00e9valuation et la surveillance, sous l'angle de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de postes de travail agiles associant humains et robots dans le m\u00e9taverse industriel<\/strong>.<\/p><p>MetaSafe est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre de la <strong>Lignes directrices relatives aux aides en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9nergie et de climat \u2013 FRL EuK\/2023<\/strong> soutenu par l'Union europ\u00e9enne et l'\u00c9tat libre de Saxe. L'objectif du projet est d'exploiter les nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s offertes par le num\u00e9rique au service de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 industrielle.<\/p><p>L'objectif principal est de d\u00e9velopper une plateforme num\u00e9rique permettant de repr\u00e9senter et de simuler virtuellement les personnes, les machines, l'environnement de travail et les sources de danger potentielles. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce que l'on appelle des \u00ab jumeaux num\u00e9riques \u00bb, les situations de production r\u00e9elles peuvent \u00eatre transpos\u00e9es dans un environnement virtuel. Les risques peuvent ainsi y \u00eatre identifi\u00e9s, analys\u00e9s et r\u00e9duits \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce, avant m\u00eame qu'ils ne surviennent dans le cadre d'une exploitation r\u00e9elle.<\/p><p>L'\u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 rev\u00eat une importance croissante, en particulier dans les installations de production modernes et de plus en plus automatis\u00e9es. Les postes de travail associant hommes et robots imposent des exigences \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de planification, d'\u00e9valuation des risques, de documentation et de certification. L'accent est notamment mis sur les exigences issues de la pratique industrielle, les obligations de documentation en vigueur et l'exp\u00e9rience acquise dans le cadre de processus de production r\u00e9els.<\/p><p>Le projet s'appuie sur un cas d'application concret : un poste de travail robotis\u00e9 dans le domaine de l'impression \u00e0 jet d'encre sur le site de Gornsdorf. Dans le cadre de son exploitation quotidienne, ce poste n'est d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment pas utilis\u00e9 en collaboration directe avec des humains, mais il offre les conditions techniques n\u00e9cessaires pour examiner de mani\u00e8re concr\u00e8te les questions relatives aux sc\u00e9narios de collaboration entre humains et robots.<\/p><p>Le projet <strong>MetaSafe<\/strong> se d\u00e9roule du <strong>Du 1er d\u00e9cembre 2024 au 31 mai 2027<\/strong>. Outre la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 KSG GmbH, d'autres partenaires issus des milieux industriels et scientifiques participent au projet, notamment des entreprises sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans l'automatisation des processus ainsi que des instituts de recherche de Saxe.<\/p><p>En participant au projet MetaSafe, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 KSG GmbH contribue au d\u00e9veloppement d'environnements de production s\u00e9curis\u00e9s et assist\u00e9s par le num\u00e9rique.
