Au-dessus de ce noyau se trouve une fine couche d'isolation di\u00e9lectrique sur laquelle sont appliqu\u00e9es les pistes conductrices en cuivre. au changement de mat\u00e9riau de l'aluminium au cuivre permettent de relever les d\u00e9fis thermiques de mani\u00e8re beaucoup plus efficace tout en am\u00e9liorant les performances \u00e9lectriques.<br \/>Un avantage d\u00e9cisif lorsque chaque degr\u00e9 en moins compte, en particulier pour les LED de puissance et leur temp\u00e9rature de
