On obtient ainsi une topographie de surface plane, m\u00eame pour les supports de circuits tr\u00e8s complexes, ce qui permet d'augmenter consid\u00e9rablement la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 du processus d'\u00e9quipement, sans \u00e9coulement de soudure ni inclusions d'air.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats sont <strong>Filled-and-Capped-Vias. <\/strong>Ces vias permettent de placer directement des composants et d'augmenter la densit\u00e9 d'int\u00e9gration.  Les avantages sont un gain de place consid\u00e9rable pour <a href=\"https:\/\/pcb-blog.de\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=622&amp;action=edit\">Constructions SBU (SBU : sequential build up)<\/a> et des contraintes moindres pour la conception de layouts de circuits complexes.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Les trous m\u00e9tallis\u00e9s sont remplis d'une p\u00e2te sp\u00e9ciale de plugging, puis surm\u00e9tallis\u00e9s. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet de remplir non seulement des trous d\u00e9bouchants, mais aussi des trous borgnes perc\u00e9s m\u00e9caniquement ou au laser, de mani\u00e8re rapide, fiable et reproductible, et est donc disponible pour de nombreuses applications.
