Les impuret\u00e9s, l'humidit\u00e9 et les charges \u00e9lectrostatiques peuvent endommager irr\u00e9m\u00e9diablement les circuits imprim\u00e9s ou, plus tard, les modules \u00e9lectroniques, r\u00e9duire la soudabilit\u00e9 et influencer le test \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>L'humidit\u00e9 absorb\u00e9e dans les mat\u00e9riaux de base peut provoquer un d\u00e9laminage interne, des torsions et des gauchissements ou des tensions excessives dans les m\u00e9tallisations \u00e0 c\u0153ur. En effet, lors du soudage, l'humidit\u00e9 absorb\u00e9e s'\u00e9vapore de mani\u00e8re explosive, ce qui provoque un d\u00e9laminage ou d'autres dommages sur le circuit imprim\u00e9. C'est pourquoi les circuits imprim\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre stock\u00e9s sous vide et dans un emballage herm\u00e9tique ou dans un film r\u00e9tractable pour \u00e9viter les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques (voir les conditions de stockage ci-dessous).<\/p>\n<p>Le stockage correct des cartes de circuits imprim\u00e9s est d\u00e9crit dans la directive IPC-1601. Il existe \u00e9galement un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zvei.org\/fileadmin\/user_upload\/Verband\/Fachverbaende\/PCB_and_Electronic_Systems\/Schlau_entwickelt_clever_produziert._Leiterplatten_aus_Europa\/pdf\/Dt\/ZVEI-Empfehlung-Kommentare-zur-IPC-1601-Richtlinie_Handhabung-Verpackung-und-Lagerung-von-Leiterplatten.pdf\">Recommandation ZVEI<\/a> pour la mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons identifi\u00e9 les principaux <strong>R\u00e8gles pour un stockage correct<\/strong> r\u00e9sum\u00e9s, <strong>pour \u00e9viter l'absorption d'humidit\u00e9 par les circuits imprim\u00e9s et maintenir une brasabilit\u00e9 optimale<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Laisser les circuits imprim\u00e9s dans l'emballage de transport ferm\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9quipement.<\/li>\n<li>stocker dans les conditions de stockage indiqu\u00e9es ci-dessous<\/li>\n<li>Respecter la p\u00e9riode de brasage (voir ci-dessous)<\/li>\n<li>Toucher les bords des circuits imprim\u00e9s avec des gants propres<\/li>\n<li>ne pas toucher directement les surfaces \u00e0 souder avec les mains<\/li>\n<li>Traiter les circuits imprim\u00e9s provenant d'emballages de transport ouverts apr\u00e8s une semaine maximum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nConditions de stockage :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Temp\u00e9rature de stockage 20 \u00b0C \u00b1 5 K<\/li>\n<li>Humidit\u00e9 relative : max. 60 %<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9viter l'exposition directe au soleil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nD\u00e9lais de stockage des surfaces de circuits imprim\u00e9s (dans les conditions de stockage susmentionn\u00e9es) :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nickel chimique\/or : 12 mois<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tain chimique : 9 mois<\/li>\n<li>HAL sans plomb : 12 mois<\/li>\n<li>Entek Plus : 6 mois<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Falscher Umgang und unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfe Lagerung von Leiterplatten haben fatale Folgen.
