L'absence de films flexibles fait baisser le prix, mais r\u00e9duit \u00e9galement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de flexion. Les zones mobiles sont ici cr\u00e9\u00e9es par un fraisage profond dans le circuit imprim\u00e9 FR4, l'\u00e9paisseur restante n'est plus que d'environ 150 \u00b5m. Le circuit imprim\u00e9 peut donc \u00eatre pli\u00e9 dans cette zone avec les pistes conductrices qui y sont plac\u00e9es et le vernis flexible ou le film de couverture appliqu\u00e9 sur les pistes conductrices. Contrairement \u00e0 la technique flex-rigide, le rayon de courbure doit \u00eatre d'au moins 5 mm. La structure Semiflex est bien adapt\u00e9e aux contraintes de flexion statiques lors du montage et de l'installation. Dans le cas le plus simple, une partie du circuit imprim\u00e9 peut \u00eatre pli\u00e9e apr\u00e8s le montage et fix\u00e9e dans cette position lors de l'installation dans l'armoire \u00e9lectrique.<\/p><p>Un exemple de cette technologie est le banc d'essai r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 LSP Innovative Automotive Systems pour le secteur automobile. Ce banc d'essai est utilis\u00e9 pour la commande par moteur \u00e9lectrique des 16 soupapes d'\u00e9change gazeux d'un moteur \u00e0 combustion interne de recherche. Pour des raisons de montage et d'encombrement, l'unit\u00e9 de commande de quatre soupapes d'un cylindre est regroup\u00e9e en un module en U. Les signaux de mesure du banc d'essai sont saisis dans la partie centrale de la platine et doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9partis sur les ailes lat\u00e9rales. Une solution avec des connecteurs \u00e9tant trop grande pour l'espace disponible, le choix s'est port\u00e9 sur la technologie Semiflex, la plus appropri\u00e9e et la plus \u00e9conomique des technologies de circuits imprim\u00e9s.<\/p><p>\u00c0 plat, le circuit imprim\u00e9 Semiflex mesure 413 mm x 276 mm et se compose de six couches de cuivre de 70 \u00b5m chacune. Les zones \u00e0 plier \u00e0 90\u00b0 lors du montage ont une longueur de 8,5 mm et la largeur totale de toutes les zones de pliage est de 426 mm. Un total de 195 pistes conductrices sont pos\u00e9es sur les quatre zones semi-flexibles. Pli\u00e9 deux fois \u00e0 90\u00b0, le circuit imprim\u00e9 n'occupe qu'un volume de 175 mm x 67 mm x 276 mm une fois \u00e9quip\u00e9. L'acheminement du courant vers les composants de puissance et m\u00eame la dissipation de la chaleur ont pu \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec des profil\u00e9s en cuivre encastr\u00e9s sur le m\u00eame circuit imprim\u00e9.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ksg-pcb.com\/fr\/cartes-de-circuits-imprimes-3d-trois-technologies-trois-exemples-partie-1\/\">Circuits imprim\u00e9s 3D : trois technologies, trois exemples (partie 1)<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Semiflex-Leiterplatte: die preisg\u00fcnstige Alternative zu Starrflex Semiflex gilt als kosteng\u00fcnstige Alternative zur Starrflex-Technologie.
