Il d\u00e9crit donc le rev\u00eatement galvanique s\u00e9lectif d'un panneau de fabrication qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9alablement pourvu d'un photomasque. Lors du processus photo, le photomasque est appliqu\u00e9 en n\u00e9gatif sur le panneau afin de constituer s\u00e9lectivement le motif conducteur dans l'\u00e9lectrolyse. On parle donc aussi de <strong>LBA<\/strong> ou le <b>Structure du circuit imprim\u00e9<\/b>. Les zones couvertes par le photomasque sont les surfaces qui seront grav\u00e9es ult\u00e9rieurement. Pour prot\u00e9ger le cuivre d\u00e9pos\u00e9 du processus de gravure suivant, une fine couche d'\u00e9tain est \u00e9galement appliqu\u00e9e sur le cuivre. Cette couche d'\u00e9tain sert de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la gravure et n'a aucune fonction dans le processus de soudage.
