Il est conseill\u00e9 d'\u00e9viter les stratifi\u00e9s fins d'une \u00e9paisseur inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 100 \u00b5m. Cela minimise non seulement la complexit\u00e9 du processus de pressage, mais contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts globaux.<\/p><p><b style=\"font-style: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); color: var( --e-global-color-primary );\">Autres recommandations des experts KSG :<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Pour une grande stabilit\u00e9 du processus, utilisez si possible des structures de couches sym\u00e9triques, des \u00e9paisseurs de couches internes identiques et des types de pr\u00e9impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s identiques.<\/li><li>Renoncez \u00e0 la variabilit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux afin de garantir un comportement de dilatation identique des mat\u00e9riaux dans le processus de pressage.<\/li><li>Veillez \u00e9galement \u00e0 la sym\u00e9trie de la mise en page et \u00e9vitez les grandes zones sans cuivre.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>R\u00e9duire le nombre de processus de forage<\/strong><\/h2><p>Comme pour le pressage, c'est le facteur temps qui d\u00e9termine les co\u00fbts du per\u00e7age. En effet, plus le nombre de panneaux de fabrication pouvant \u00eatre perc\u00e9s simultan\u00e9ment est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus la dur\u00e9e du processus est courte. Une double capacit\u00e9 de montage permet de r\u00e9duire pratiquement de moiti\u00e9 les co\u00fbts de per\u00e7age.\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); color: var( --e-global-color-primary );\">Un moyen d'influencer cela d\u00e8s la conception est d'utiliser un diam\u00e8tre de per\u00e7age aussi grand que possible. En effet, de cette mani\u00e8re, il est possible de choisir un grand outil avec une spirale de taille correspondante, qui est en mesure de percer des paquets \u00e9lev\u00e9s et donc plusieurs panels de fabrication \u00e0 la fois.
