La question est donc la suivante : comment r\u00e9partir de mani\u00e8re optimale la chaleur sur le circuit imprim\u00e9 afin d'obtenir un \u00e9quilibre thermique ? <span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);color: var( --e-global-color-text );font-family: var( --e-global-typography-accent-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: var( --e-global-typography-accent-font-size );font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-accent-font-weight )\">Notre service d'analyse thermique se d\u00e9roule en deux \u00e9tapes : il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 lors du d\u00e9veloppement et de la conception sous forme de simulation thermographique assist\u00e9e par logiciel, puis apr\u00e8s la production des premiers prototypes sous forme de test de charge r\u00e9el. Des informations suppl\u00e9mentaires telles que la structure des couches, le mat\u00e9riau de base, la structure du syst\u00e8me, les caract\u00e9ristiques des composants, les intensit\u00e9s de courant, les conditions ambiantes et la situation de montage sont importantes pour reproduire au mieux les conditions d'utilisation ult\u00e9rieures. La m\u00e9thode des \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis permet de calculer les temp\u00e9ratures attendues et de repr\u00e9senter clairement les images thermographiques.
