This is precisely where the large-scale project <strong>KATRIN<\/strong> on <strong>Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT)<\/strong> on: As the \u201emost accurate balance in the world\u201c, KATRIN sets new standards in the high-precision determination of neutrino mass. An interim result of <strong>0.45 eV\/c\u00b2<\/strong> (corresponds to approx. <strong>8 \u00d7 10-\u00b3\u2077 kilogram<\/strong>) impressively underlines the ambition of this experiment.<\/p><p>With <strong>TRISTAN<\/strong> now follows the high-tech upgrade of KATRIN: The aim is to penetrate even deeper into the neutrino world and search for new signals - including
