KSG GmbH expanded its Managing Board on 1 January 2020: Swen Klöden is now a member of the company’s top management alongside CEO Margret Gleiniger, and assumes the role of Technical Director. We believe that their co-leadership will equip us for future growth and drive further expansion in our European plants.
Swen Klöden, 48, began his career in the company in 2018. As a plant manager and process expert, he placed the plant on a new footing over 18 months with lean teams, process-oriented plant organisation, flow principles and 5S.
Klöden holds a post-secondary degree in business administration with a specialisation in the area of logistics and the production industry. He brings 17 years of experience as a technical manager and 21 years of experience in the automotive supply industry.
